On the anniversary of beating Mr. X the awesome trio Axel Stone, Adam Hunter and Blaze Fielding meet up for a celebration. However, the next day Axel is kidnapped by the evil Mr. X and his gang starts ravaging the city once again with muggings, kidnapping and robberies happening everywhere!
